Our refund and replacement policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a full refund or exchange.
Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns. However, we do offer refunds or replacements for damaged or otherwise unsatisfactory goods.
To request a refund or replacement, please email us at [email protected] and we will do our best to work with you as quickly as possible.
If your request is approved, a replacement will ship out within 1-3 business days of correspondence and approval. If you prefer a refund, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
