What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We do offer refunds or reshipments on a case by case basis. Contact us for support, or visit our Refunds Policy page for more details.

When will my product arrive?

Shipments will go out 1-3 business days from when your order is placed. We generally ship Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Shipping time may vary depending on location and shipping schedules.

Do you host special events?

We occasionally do in-person events, but most of our business is online. Contact us if you are interested in events, or sign up for our weekly newsletter!

Are your products organic?

We strive for the best quality we can offer. Most of our products are organic, fair trade, and/or locally sourced.
